"Creative Vision was recently commissioned by Cinevation to shoot Tsogo Sun's new brand commercials.
We
were one of the first commercial production houses to use the S A built
remote-controlled drone. The unique flying characteristics of the drone
allowed us to shoot lower, closer, and with more creative freedom than
would have been possible with a helicopter or crane. Not only was the
need for big heavy production equipment eliminated, it also saved a
tremendous amount of time and money. With a very quiet sound profile and
small physical presence we where able to also fly and shoot indoors,
offering almost unlimited possibilities. Motion Pixel's drone is handled
by two operators: one manning flight direction and another controlling
the camera angles. You can view the image through a wireless feed in
real time and make adjustments on the fly.
